Social Capital Inc’s mission is to strengthen communities by connecting diverse individuals and organizations through civic engagement initiatives.
Founded in 2002 in Woburn, SCI has grown to serve 20 Eastern Massachusetts communities while continuing to make a difference right here in Woburn.
“We envision a nation where individuals are strongly connected to their neighbors and play an active role in shaping the destiny of their communities. This increase in social capital will result in communities that are safer, healthier and more vital.”

We recognize Tocci for their commitment to excellence as demonstrated by their company values:
We blur department lines.
There is no such thing as “not my job”.
We strive to learn and improve.
Together as a company and individually, we are never satisfied with the status quo.
We invest in our community.
Giving is a daily offering of our time and resources in areas of local and global need.
We love to have fun together.
Whether it’s dancing at the annual holiday party, catching up at our weekly communal coffee break or going head-to-head in a round of bocce at regular summer barbecues.
