The WBA influences the Woburn business community every day

Woburn Municipal Federal Credit Union Celebration

The WMFCU recently held their annual meeting. They celebrated with some very special awards.

Scholarship Recipients

Molly Murphy recently graduated from Woburn Memorial High School with a 4.61 GPA.  She will be attending The College of Holy Cross this fall where she will be Pre-Med, studying biology, as she pursues her dream of becoming a Pediatrician.

Shayla Murphy also recently graduated Woburn Memorial High School with a 4.38 GPA. She will be attending the University of New Hampshire this fall where she will be a Bio-Medical Science Major.

New Youth Member Bicycle Winners

During the months of April and May the credit union ran a promotion for new youth members. “It was our pleasure to present two of our newest members with these brand new bikes!” said Jim McCorkle, President and CEO

The bicycle winners were, Maeve Grabert and Anthony Perna (unfortunately Anthony was unable to attend, accepting on his behalf was his sister Gianna).
